Gutter joint at odd angle

For reasons best kept schtum, I needed to extend an existing gutter with a 6° offset.

Take a standard coupling and remove the seals.
Remove the stiffening web.
I used a Fein multitool, with a narrow saw blade, from both sides.

Cut along the red lines, a bandsaw's easiest
The underside will be reinforced with a piece of gutter so pull the cut edges together, clamp
 and make a paper templet.
Mark templet shape on gutter and cut out.
Deburr and abrade bonding areas.
Apply your favourite epoxy, I used Ever Build Putty Aqua.
Clamp the outside together then use a couple of carpenters cramps to squeeze the adhesive at various places back to the inside.
Warm the joint with a hairdryer and leave clamped until cured.
Apply more adhesive to fill the gap.

Install

Here's a video of how to do it properly
